This is now descending into the realms of complete farce.
Do the lawyers know that people don't use their real names on internet forums? Have they heard of the 2Clix debacle and how that panned out? Do they realise how court cases like this can damage a company's reputation? Are they aware of an internet phenomenon called "The Streisand Effect"?
All of this could have been avoided if somebody had joined in the debate on Whirlpool to put their position, and to dispel any wrong statements. They might have even gained some new clients.
